Statistical Analysis/Biostatistics
L&MARK staff includes highly educated and experienced mathematicians. We provide tools and services to analyze and resolve statistical problems

Correlation analysis
Correlations between measured data describe the relations between observed biological processes. State of the art high throughput
technologies used in labs generate enormous amounts of data. Some correlations are multidimensional, which means that not only two
measurements are to be analyzed pairwise, but practically any bundle of data can correlate with another bundle of data. The relations
and dependencies between measurements can only be discovered with an appropriate method. The application of data mining technologies
for biotech problems provides a reliable solution.
Experimental data managed in an appropriately structured database will be biostatistically processed. That means, all data sets will be
statistically analyzed with others. Several parametric and non-parametric probes and statistics will be calculated for each analyzed dataset
to discover any kind of relation or even prove the independency between them. Please see the attached case studies for examples. If you have
