In silico vaccine/DNA design

The in silico vaccine/DNA design is very important to spare money and time during the vaccine development. The sequence design itself is a hard process, but the most important part is the regulatory submission of the designed sequences. That can be easy if all steps of the design are well documented and proved. Our application collects all of the design steps, and their background (cause of decision) and all supporting documents registered in the system. The sequence analysis is very important to predict the immunogenicity of the vaccine. We are using special tools to predict the protection and cross-protection for different HLA alleles in the HIV field.
