The main data source is the GIS database. The following picture shows the data flow:

The result database can be a new database or the interface can update an already converted PSSŪSINCAL database. The update functionality can
extend an area or compare data with GIS and update data where differences occur.
The interface has a special functionality in order to set load values. The load ratio (power of the load is which percentage of the
connected transformer power) depends on the size of the city (how many transformer stations are in the city).
The user can set up 5 levels for this setting.
The interface for medium voltage network conversion has been in use for several years, for the low voltage network is currently under development.
Low voltage interface is based on similar data structure and uses the same technology, but some user requirements are different
than on medium voltage (for example load management).
